  Loved the bed I bought but unhappy with the customer service. I purchases a bed frame that was on "clearance". I absolutely loved it! (the price was still a little high) I didn't know why the bed was on clearance. I didn't ask. Which is totally my fault and I didn't inspect the bed nearly as thoroughly as I should have. One of the legs was completely broken. The fake wood was crumbling and a piece broke off while unpackaging it. No one told me this and I didn't see it because they had pushed a small, kids sized mattress up against that side of the bed with the broken leg. All clearance sales are final so I couldn't return it. Thankfully the broken piece does not interfere with the functionality of the bed. Still a bummer no one told me about this.
